I could not feel more fortunate to have been referred to Andrew. Andrew, along with his wife Leslie, made me feel like a VIP from the moment I met them. They were available for me whenever I needed them, no matter if it was a call, text, email or in person. (They even scheduled time before I started work to ensure I received an opportunity to see every home I was interested in.) They went above and beyond working around my chaotic schedule. Their honest approach coupled with their knowledge put me at ease during the entire process. Their ability to listen and then apply our conversations to narrow the scope of homes to those that fit my needs was phenomenal. I never had to repeat the home features I wanted or didn’t want and while they remained transparent, ensuring I knew all homes were on the market and they never asked me to see a place that didn’t have the features I told them I needed. It was comforting to know had a team I could completely trust to keep me and my interests as the top priority. Andrew’s ability to put a competitive offer together quickly is what allowed me to “beat the competition” for my home, while staying within my budget and with higher offers on the table. I’ve been in my home for a few months now and absolutely love it! It has everything I needed and wanted.
